DAY 10&11: I AM A FAN OF THE PLAN!

Do you have a plan? In order to be successful with whatever eating goals you have, whether it be Whole 30 or not, I believe you must plan. Going to the grocery store without some type of plan for eating is the fastest way to get yourself on the train to flab town. You cannot out train a bad diet. I am doing this Whole 30 to feel better and to stop being a slave to the sugar, but a fabulous side effect is that I am losing weight without being hungry! It isn’t my favorite way to spend an afternoon, but I will spend some time planning what I will purchase and prepare to fuel my feel good vibes and to ensure success.
Check out the menu below. I have included links for you to check out the recipes to see if you want to add it to your plate too!
